Ed Schreiber, CADC, TEP

Senior Faculty

Ed Schreiber is a teacher of the Morenean method with nearly 30 years of direct study and collaboration with Zerka Moreno, co-founder of psychodrama and a pioneering force in experiential psychotherapy. Ed brings a rare combination of depth, clarity, and inspiration to his work, helping people see the hidden social forces that shape relationships, teams, and communities.

Ed specializes in the Social Microscope, a dynamic action tool that reveals the underlying patterns behind connection and conflict. Central to Ed’s approach is addressing in action Zerka Moreno's concept of the autonomous healing center—the innate source of resilience, integration, and repair that individuals and groups can access through experiential methods. His teaching makes complex ideas feel intuitive, and his passion for social healing invites participants into a deeper sense of agency, insight, and possibility.
