About the event
Helping professionals know that talking about change has limits. Insight is important—but real transformation often comes from engaging the whole self: mind, body, imagination, and relationship.
In this three-hour, in-person workshop, you’ll explore how psychodrama’s action methods bring depth, spontaneity, and embodied presence to therapy, coaching, facilitation, and other professional settings. Through guided warm-ups, simple role work, and collaborative group exercises, you’ll see how experiential methods illuminate unseen dynamics, deepen empathy, and create moments of genuine connection in the room.
No acting experience is required—just curiosity and a willingness to engage at your own pace.
